Red Ball Roofing started in 2009 when founder Mike DeLuca left a big regional roofing outfit, frustrated by rushed jobs and crews that never saw the homeowner. He bought a truck, a ladder, and made a simple promise: be the roofer he'd want working on his own house.
Fifteen years later, that promise still runs the company. We've completed more than 2,400 residential and commercial roofs across New Jersey — and the overwhelming majority of new customers still come from a neighbor pointing at their roof and saying, "Call the guys who did mine."
